We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping to build long-term, trusted relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or CRM system
- Present and promote products/services to potential clients
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and policies
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
- Follow up on leads and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales
- Work closely with team members and report to the Telesales Manager
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
- Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours.
