Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate departments for further handling.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and suggest process improvements.
- Support initiatives to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or complaints handling, preferably in the real estate industry;
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications;
- Fluent in English and Arabic;
- Must be available in UAE.
