The International Client Relations Specialist is a key member of the After-Sales International Hub, responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch experience to PSI’s international clientele—especially clients with non-UAE phone numbers registered in the CRM. This role is tailored for professionals with a strong background in hospitality, focused on luxury-level communication, post-sales client engagement, and maintaining consistent 5-star service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles within hospitality, guest relations, luxury real estate, or VIP services.
- ▪ Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills with high emotional intelligence.
- ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages languages are a plus.
- ▪ Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry for client tracking and follow-up.
- ▪ Experience working with VIP or high-net-worth individuals.
- ▪ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- ▪ Proactive, service-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.
- ▪ Professional appearance and conduct in all interactions.
- ▪ Strong coordination skills across teams and departments.
- ▪ Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- ▪ Willingness to go above and beyond to provide 5-star client service.
- ▪ Knowledge of UAE’s real estate or off-plan sales process is an advantage.
