Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team serving students aged 0 to 18 years with a range of complex neurodevelopmental, emotional, and behavioural needs. The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation to support student well-being, learning, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive standardized psychological assessments using a variety of tools (e.g., cognitive, behavioural, emotional, and social assessments).
- Prepare assessment reports
- Develop psychological formulations to understand students’ needs and inform intervention plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group interventions to support emotional regulation, mental health, self-esteem, and coping skills.
- Contribute to safeguarding planning, and trauma-informed practice.
- Maintain clear, confidential, and accurate clinical records.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master in Clinical Psychology
- DOH license
- Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD), and mental health.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reflective practice skills.
