Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development Delivery:
Conduct regular training sessions across multiple stores within the assigned cluster.
Deliver product knowledge, sales, and customer experience training tailored to brand and store needs.
Support the onboarding of new hires through brand-specific training modules.
Performance Tracking & Coaching:
Analyze store performance reports to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Provide coaching and support to improve team productivity and KPIs.
Partner with store managers to ensure training effectiveness is reflected in sales and service delivery.
X-Factor Trainer Development:
Identify and develop in-store trainers (X-Factor Champions) to ensure continuous learning within stores.
Coach and mentor in-store trainers to conduct on-the-floor training effectively.
Brand Standards & Consistency:
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across stores in the cluster.
Monitor and audit in-store implementation of training and brand presentation standards.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the Area Brand Trainer and Brand Training Manager to align training strategies with brand goals.
Maintain records of training sessions, participation, and outcomes.
Share training feedback and improvement suggestions with management
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in retail or brand training, preferably in a multi-store setup.
Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training plans.
