Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Bending Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC bending machines (press brakes) to fabricate metal parts and components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Select proper tools, dies, and machine settings based on job requirements.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers).
- Adjust machine settings and perform test runs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality output.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training certification in mechanical or manufacturing fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake or bending machines.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
