Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with experience in operating Laser Cutting Machines and Punching Machines, specifically Trumpf Laser Machines, in the automobile manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate production of components while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC laser cutting and punching machines efficiently.
- Set up machines, select proper tools, and adjust settings according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files accurately.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality, precision, and productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience: Relevant in operating CNC machines, preferably Trumpf Laser Machines.
- Strong knowledge of laser cutting and punching processes in the automobile manufacturing sector.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
- Good understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail, precision, and quality-conscious mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and follow production schedules.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Manufacturing or related field (preferred).

Experience:
- laser cutting and punching in the automobile manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
