Join our dynamic café in Jumeirah Village Triangle, where we pride ourselves on serving high-quality specialty coffee and delicious food. We are looking for skilled baristas with a passion for coffee and culinary excellence.
Position Overview:
We seek experienced baristas who are adept at both coffee preparation and food service. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in crafting coffee beverages and preparing breakfast items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including specialty coffees, frappes, and milkshakes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines effectively.
- Prepare food items such as breakfast dishes, pancakes, and sandwiches.
- Manage café operations independently, including cleaning, coffee preparation, and processing payments.
- Adhere to food hygiene standards and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of barista experience.
- Must have a valid visa (own visa, NOC, or freelance visa). Visa sponsorship is available ONLY AFTER A PERIOD OF TRIAL
- Required certifications: DM-approved food hygiene certification and PIC certification.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.
