- Strictly follow HACCP guideline and regulation
- Manages shifts where required by the Chef de Partie and chef de cuisine works on all food production in the kitchen/area of responsibility as designated by their direct manager.
- Maximizes guest satisfaction by providing the best food quality in accordance with cost control and profitability margins of the hotel kitchen.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed accordingly.
- Attends training sessions and meetings as directed by the Chef De Cuisine
- Assists colleagues with comparable or related tasks as needed
