Assist senior chefs in introducing seasonal or special pastry creations.
Follow HACCP and kitchen hygiene protocols strictly.
Store and handle ingredients safely to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
Ensure workstation cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
Work closely with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist with stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
Report shortages, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Contribute to minimising waste through careful handling and portion control.
Support other sections when required, demonstrating flexibility.
