What will you do:
- To have a basic knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and always thriving to extend skills and learn more.
- To be able to properly open and serve the wine as per standards to the guest, ensuring the highest level of wine service and satisfaction throughout the experience.
- To have a good knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages).
- To have a full knowledge of the wine by the glass list.
- To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
What you need:
- 1-2 year in the hospitality industry (F&B department)
- English – excellent oral and written
- Attention to details, speed and accuracy
- Guest service skills
