Job Description
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and audit business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct internal investigations and resolve compliance issues.
- Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments within and outside the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall compliance culture.
Risk Management: Proactively identify compliance risks and implement action plans to address and prevent issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pharma regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
