About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Conference Producer with a solid background in organizing and delivering high-impact conferences in the energy, sustainability, and innovation sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE conference landscape and possess a strong network of industry stakeholders, thought leaders, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trending topics, challenges, and opportunities in the energy and innovation sectors.
- Develop strong conference agendas with compelling themes, session topics, and speaker line-ups.
- Secure top-tier speakers, panelists, and moderators through professional outreach and relationship building.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with commercial goals and audience targets.
- Liaise with sponsors and partners to ensure content relevance and commercial value.
- Oversee onsite delivery of the event and support the team with speaker management, run of show, and crisis handling.
- Analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement and planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of producing B2B conferences, particularly in energy, innovation, or sustainability sectors.
- Must have minimum 5 years of UAE experience in conference production or related roles.
- Strong research and content development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality programs.
- Well-versed with industry trends and key players across the GCC region.
