Role Overview
We are looking for a Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing villa renovation projects within Dubai. This role demands a professional who can oversee the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local regulations, construction methodologies, and client expectations in the luxury residential sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee all phases of construction, from demolition to final handover, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes efficiency, safety, and craftsmanship.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase. Conduct regular site meetings and updates to maintain transparency and address any concerns promptly.
- Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and international quality standards. Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project expenditures, manage procurement processes, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing villa renovation projects in Dubai.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
