The project:
This is an opportunity to work on a unique project consists of mixed-use, commercial and residential development, along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead delivery of specific project areas or work packages, ensuring alignment with KPIs on safety, quality, cost, and programme.
- Manage site activities for structure and/or fit out, maintaining high standards in programme, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with trade/subcontractors and stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships across teams.
- Support team performance through coaching, technical development, and performance management.
- Coordinate with package managers on programme milestones and critical path activities.
- Drive lookahead meetings and provide planned vs actual data, escalating issues when deviations occur.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC plans, ITPs, and handover requirements during area close-out.
- Utilize digital tools and project information systems in line with the project digital strategy.
- Champion company priorities, including construction to production, digital & data, and responsible business practices.
- Contribute to net zero carbon goals, identifying and managing carbon emissions during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- SMSTS and CSCS card.
- Degree qualification in relevant field.
