Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct immediate assessments of patients presenting to the emergency room and oversee their recovery process.
- Perform follow-up evaluations to monitor patient conditions and progress.
- Order necessary diagnostic tests and formulate treatment plans based on results.
- Create comprehensive and effective patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Refer patients to relevant specialists as required for further treatment.
- Ensure patients are stable before facilitating their transfer to the appropriate departments for additional evaluation.
- Provide discharge instructions and complete all necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Collaborate with various emergency department teams to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an accredited residency program.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary medical treatments and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to think critically and act swiftly in high-stress situations.
- Completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training.
- Annual flight allowance.
