Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture repairs.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic issues, creating tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques and diagnostic tools to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and nurses, to implement comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in orthopedic surgery.
- Medical degree with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency and any additional fellowships.
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Current and valid medical license.
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
