You will be joining Careem's Creative Studio, a multidisciplinary team responsible for bringing our brand to life across every customer touchpoint. While this role formally sits within the Creative Studio, it will be deeply embedded within the Food marketing vertical, partnering closely with both marketing and design peers to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Content Designer to help elevate our food vertical marketing campaigns through creative, effective design solutions. This role focuses on digital campaign execution and content asset creation, with occasional support on offline materials. The Content Designer will collaborate directly with marketing stakeholders and report into the Creative Studio, offering a unique cross-functional exposure.
What you'll do
- Translate briefs from the food marketing team into visually compelling assets for digital and social campaigns.
- Execute end-to-end design work for online campaigns, with occasional support on offline assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in both the Creative Studio and the Food Marketing vertical.
- Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency with Careem's brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Stay informed on design trends, especially AI-assisted design tools and techniques.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of professional experience in content or graphic design, with strong emphasis on digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of Figma
- Exposure to or interest in AI tools and workflows in design (e.g. generative design, automation)
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaign design work
- Experience working in-house or in close collaboration with marketing teams preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High degree of proactivity; ability to seek out briefs and initiate work without waiting for detailed input
