SpiderWorks, a leading digital agency with over two decades of expertise, is seeking a Content Strategist cum Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for content creation, social media strategy, and storytelling who is eager to grow in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Travel and execute the video production and content development activities for clients.
- Write, edit, and curate compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life through visuals and multimedia.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize content strategies.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for campaign collaborations and promotions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh campaign ideas.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
