1. Role Overview
The Coordinator will provide critical support to the Director of Investment Attraction and the broader Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) team across daily operations, stakeholder coordination, investor engagement, and logistics. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing materials, organizing meetings and delegations, and tracking follow-ups to ensure efficient team performance and successful delivery of objectives.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Team Support
- Manage team calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain team folders, trackers, and shared documentation.
Project Coordination & FDI Support
- Assist in preparing investor briefings and background notes.
- Track inbound investor leads and support outreach and engagement efforts.
- Coordinate internally with DEDC, DET, and other relevant departments.
- Provide on-site support during delegations, meetings, and ecosystem events.
- Collate data and insights to support reporting and strategic planning.
Logistics & Event Support
- Organize logistics for investment-related events, meetings, and delegations.
- Support planning and execution of international executive visits, including scheduling, agenda setting, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, hotels, and travel teams to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Provide hands-on support during investor visits, VIP hosting, and partner engagements.

4. Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
- Experience in investment promotion, public sector, or international organizations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
