Job description:
A leading fit-out and contracting company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and versatile professional to join our remote team as a Cost Control & Purchaser. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in construction and fit-out execution, who can independently manage cost control, and handle procurement operations efficiently from a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Control
· Monitor and analyze spending across marketing and purchasing departments through finding best rates in market in regards of supplier/subcontractor.
· Recommend cost-saving opportunities and strategies to management.
Purchasing
· Source, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors in the construction and fit-out sector.
· Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
· Keep finding new suppliers/subcontractors with best rates & quality
Qualifications & Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Market rates.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Experience in construction and fit-out execution roles in cost control, or procurement.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and cost-tracking tools.
· Preferred Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationals)
