Job Summary:
This dual-role position combines responsibilities in both sales and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Generate new leads and follow up on potential clients
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
Maintain and grow client relationships
Prepare sales quotations, presentations, and reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations and support tasks
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
Assist with inventory tracking and procurement processes
Manage scheduling, meetings, and basic HR support
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce preferred , Marketing, or a related field of Glass industry
Tally ERP 9 Or Tally prime Experience must*
1–3 years of experience in a combined sales and administrative role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Must*
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
