Counter Salesperson - AC Spare Parts
We are seeking a dynamic results driven Counter Salesperson - AC Spare Parts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers professionally and assist them with inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable AC spare parts.
- Prepare quotations and invoices / Process sales orders to the sales executives.
- Receive payments (cash, card, online) and provide receipts.
- Maintain strong knowledge of AC components (compressors, capacitors, filters, thermostats, motors, etc.).
- Check stock availability and update inventory records to the manager.
- Help in stocking shelves and organizing parts logically.
- Coordinate with the procurement or warehouse team for order fulfilment.
- Follow up on backorders and inform customers about the status.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
- Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow safety and security protocols for the showroom.
- Refer customers to in-house technicians for advanced support.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to pricing and discount guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0–2 years in counter sales or spare parts (preferred)
- Degree/Diploma or ITI
- Able to use CRM software & Excel
- Language: English & Hindi
- Honest, responsible, and punctual & Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
