Star 5 Realty is looking for a skilled Videographer/Photographer to produce high-quality visual content that showcases our premium property listings as well as agent videos. We want someone with a creative mindset, technical expertise, and an eye for detail to help us bring our marketing vision to life.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our real estate team to create engaging imagery and videos that highlight the unique features of each property. Your work will play a vital role in attracting potential buyers and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional-grade photos and videos using modern DSLR cameras and gimbal technology.
- Produce and edit visual content tailored for property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with agents to align visuals with specific marketing goals and property narratives.
- Plan and execute shoots efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and professional standards.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and techniques in real estate photography and videography.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate or architectural photography/videography.
- Proficient with DSLR cameras, gimbal stabilizers, and editing software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in property photography and videography.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
