We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling credit-based products or services, guiding customers through the credit approval process, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Your ability to build strong relationships, assess financial information, and offer appropriate credit solutions will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products or services that involve credit financing options.
- Assess customer needs and financial status to recommend appropriate credit terms or packages.
- Guide customers through the application and approval process for credit.
- Liaise with internal finance or credit departments to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, credit applications, approvals, and customer interactions.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer credit-related queries.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and credit performance targets.
- Educate customers about the benefits, obligations, and risks of taking credit.
- Stay updated on credit policies, market trends, and compliance regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
- Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
