We are a group of companies, looking for a customer service cum sales executive female to perform the following roles & responsibilities in Ajman:
Excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog.
Ability to formulate & prioritize the tasks.
Answering inbound calls of customers who are calling to enquire for laundry services/products.
Constantly updating self on product/services knowledge.
Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.
Coordination with the field team to schedule pickup/delivery.
Have a sound knowledge of Dubai & Abu Dhabi area's.
Booking appointments using WhatsApp/calling & updating customer database.
Managing COD & online payment.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Previous experience in delivery company is preferable.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
