We are looking for a Customer Complaints Support to join our growing team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with complaints, concerns, or inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service Advisors, Estimators, Technicians) to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their service experience.
- Identify patterns in customer complaints and recommend improvements to processes or services.
- Support the team in maintaining Royal Swiss Auto’s reputation for excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
