Nationality: Emirati (with Family Book)
Eligibility: The position is open to both males and females (with or without prior experience).
Salary & Benefits: Salary + Nafis support + Commission (Approximately AED 15,000 and above)
Working Hours: 7 hours per day, 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
Providing Support and Responding to Inquiries:
- Answering customer inquiries either verbally or in writing, and explaining required procedures and steps.
Using Transaction Management Systems:
- Operating systems such as "Tadbeer" to professionally process requests and record transactions.
Document Verification:
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all required documents to successfully complete the service.
Follow-up on Transactions:
- Guaranteeing quick and accurate service delivery by tracking request status until completion.
Providing an Exceptional Experience:
- Promoting the concept of "Customer Happiness" by focusing on quality, respect, friendliness, and professionalism.
Compliance with Policies and Procedures:
- Performing duties in accordance with approved guidelines and standards within the organization to ensure compliance and quality.
Training & Supervision:
- You will receive training and ongoing support from a supervisor.
