Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
- Collecting payments from customers as per the agreed terms.
- Following up on outstanding dues and ensuring timely payments.
- Coordinating with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues.
Requirements:
>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream.
>1–2 years of experience in the Customer Relationship (UAE or home country).
>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
>Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
>Proven experience in maintaining good relationships with clients and handling monthly repayments.
