Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have all the information they need in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and operations manager to ensure customers receive quick and effective solutions.
- Provide customers with helpful and thoughtful guidance, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and smooth.
- Assist customers with returns, addressing their concerns and offering suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction and a smooth return process.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every customer, leaving them with a lasting, pleasant impression of their visit.
Key Requirements:
- A strong customer service orientation with a natural ability to connect and engage with others.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years experience in a similar role (experience in the FMCG or retail industry is a plus).
- Comfortable with professional telephone communication, maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
- A good understanding of business and sales, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
- A dynamic, results-driven personality who can thrive under pressure while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
