As a Customer Service Executive at First Flight Couriers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Hindi is considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and analyze customer issues, offering viable solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the company's services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in English, preferably Tagalog with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and follow through to resolution.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
