We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their needs and queries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
