Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins from tenants regarding maintenance requests, service issues, and general inquiries.
- Effectively manage and calm upset or distressed tenants, providing timely and empathetic responses and solutions.
- Log and track service requests using the designated facility management system.
- Coordinate with the FM Supervisor and FM Engineer to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and escalate when necessary.
- Follow up with tenants on open requests to ensure satisfaction and timely closure.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on customer service performance, issues, and resolutions.
- Support the FM team during emergencies and high-pressure situations, ensuring calm and efficient service delivery.
- Uphold company service standards and represent the organization positively at all times.
- Mandatory Speaking efficiency in English. Arabic optional.
- Women candidates Preferable.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
