Job Description
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
o Attending reception calls
o Customer Interaction assist them with product related questions.
o Provide product guidance, product availability and offer schemes
o Listen and address customer concerns and feedback
o Coordinate with team members in the organization
o Follow up company policies and be on time to duty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
