We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
- Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models when required.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data in simple terms.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Background in [industry-related experience, e.g., e-commerce, finance, healthcare].
