Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Demi Chef de Partie – Savory to join our culinary team in Dubai. You will be responsible for leading a section in the kitchen, producing high-quality savory dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present savory dishes according to brand recipes and standards.
- Supervise and train Commis and Kitchen Assistant within your section.
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared on time for smooth service operations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Control portion sizes and minimize food waste.
- Uphold the company’s standards for presentation, taste, and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary diploma or relevant professional certification.
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen best practices.
- Understanding of HACCP and UAE food safety guidelines.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
