Job Opening: Dental Receptionist & Patient Coordinator
Location: Jesh and Mikh Dental Clinic, Al Karama, Dubai
We are hiring an experienced Dental Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you are professional, fluent in English, and passionate about patient care — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Handle all calls, WhatsApp, and front desk inquiries
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Explain treatment plans, assist with billing, and handle insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality
- Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a dental or medical receptionist role (mandatory)
- Fluent English (spoken and typed) is required
- Proficient in dental software and MS Office tools
- Presentable, organized, and courteous under pressure
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Candidates on own visa are preferred
