We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to support and drive our sales operations. The candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and leading the sales team.
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated client issues.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales objectives.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Requirements
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales or business development experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
