Coordinate between architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other design stakeholders to ensure design alignment across all disciplines.
· Review and manage design documentation from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.
· Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, authority regulations, and project specifications.
· Manage design schedules and ensure timely submission of drawings and documents.
· Participate in design meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
· Monitor design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication with project teams.
· Assist in resolving technical design issues during construction by liaising with consultants and contractors.
· Coordinate design approvals with relevant authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
· Maintain drawing logs, submittals, and revision records for all design documentation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· 6 to 8 years of UAE experience in design coordination, Architect, Interior Designer preferably from Engineering Design Consulting firm.
· Previous experience with high-rise residential projects is a must.
· Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design integration.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools; experience with design collaboration platforms is an advantage.
· Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple design packages simultaneously.
