Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years +) in technical design management within the building sector, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools, and rendering software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
