Position Summary:
We are seeking a : Motion Graphics Designer with over 3years of experience in the UAE to manage our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion design, project management, and technical integration of motion projects. This role requires close collaboration with motion and art directors to design high-quality animations, manage project timelines, and mentor junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with motion graphics to designer and deliver compelling, high-quality animations and video productions.
- Utilize advanced conceptual and design skills to bring creative ideas to life.
- Shape the details of motion projects by integrating cutting-edge techniques and technology.
- Collaborate with programmers to integrate functionality into visual designs.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-task delivery.
- Stay up to date with advancements in production tools and technology.
- Train and mentor motion designers on best practices.
- Lead quality assurance (QA) processes to review final outputs and source files.
- Delegate production tasks to team members, ensuring smooth workflow and execution.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure the creative vision aligns with their business needs.
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and project management.
- Proficiency in motion design software, including After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift/Octane, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with motion graphics for commercial ads, projection mapping, and anamorphic content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in multiple languages (Arabic, French) considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Graphics Design and Animation or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong creative vision with an ability to deliver innovative solutions for high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external contractors.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest trends in design, motion graphics, and technology.
