Position: Design Project Manager (Female Preferred)

Location: Musaffah - Abu Dhabi

Key Requirements:
- Gender Preference: Female candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in fit-out project management, specifically in interior design, retail, hospitality, or corporate fit-outs
- Language Skills: Fluent English (Speaking 10/10, Writing 10/10, Listening 10/10) – Must be able to lead client meetings, prepare reports, and negotiate with contractors
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory) – Own car preferred for site visits
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and Primavera (preferred)
- Project Scope: Manage end-to-end fit-out projects from design development to execution
Responsibilities:
- Design & Planning:
- Oversee design development, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulations
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
- Project Execution:
- Lead contractor coordination, procurement, and on-site supervision
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Conduct progress meetings and resolve design/execution issues
- Budget & Timeline Control:
- Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and prevent cost overruns
- Track critical milestones and mitigate delays
- Site Supervision:
- Regular site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
