Compensation:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,000 (AED 6,000 with homecare experience)
- Commission:
- 30% if GP brings the patient
- 10%–15% if clinic brings the patient
- Note: For the first 2 months (while awaiting insurance approval), only the basic salary will be paid.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner (GP) with strong clinical expertise and leadership abilities to join our medical team. This is a full-time role where you will not only provide high-quality patient care but also play a key part in leading and supporting the clinical team.
Requirements:
- Must hold DHA License or Eligibility
- Proven experience as a General Practitioner, preferably with homecare exposure
- Strong managerial and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Immediate availability is essential
- Candidate must be on own visa (family/spouse/freelance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare consultations and treatments
- Manage and supervise the medical team, ensuring clinical best practices are followed
- Participate in homecare visits (if applicable) and ensure continuity of patient care
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships with a focus on trust and quality care
- Contribute to business growth by bringing patients and building referral networks
- Ensure compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
