Job Description:
We are looking for a DHA Licensed Nurse to provide healthcare support at construction sites in Dubai. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring workers’ health, managing onsite medical needs, and supporting emergency care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to construction site employees.
- Monitor workers’ health and report any incidents or abnormalities.
- Administer medications and follow treatment plans as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical and incident records.
- Collaborate with site safety officers and management to ensure workplace safety.
- Conduct health awareness sessions and preventive care guidance for workers.
Requirements:
- Valid DHA license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in construction site nursing or occupational health preferred.
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and workplace safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor/construction site environments.
