We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to provide specialized care to patients with kidney conditions. The role includes operating dialysis machines, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring safe, high-quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines safely
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Respond to patient reactions or complications during dialysis
- Maintain accurate medical records and charts
- Educate patients on kidney health and dialysis care
- Ensure infection control and equipment hygiene
- Work closely with nephrologists and the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience preferred
- BLS certification (ACLS is a plus)
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
