- Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree with Basic computer literacy / Certification in Gemology
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in diamond assorting and gemstone grading.
- Strong understanding of GIA grading standards and diamond terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of sorting, grading, quality control, and record keeping.
- Good Communication skills in English and Hindi
