Digital Account Coordinator Job Duties
- Creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing client service and responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Coordinating with marketing departments to develop campaigns and promotions that integrate digital channels such as websites, email newsletters, and mobile applications
- Ensuring that the company complies with laws regarding privacy, copyright infringement, and libel by monitoring and removing inappropriate content
- Coordinating with sales departments to track sales leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Creating and maintaining databases of customer information and other data points to help companies better target their marketing efforts
- Analyzing data from various sources to compile reports regarding campaign performance
- Managing social media accounts for companies or individuals, including creating posts and responding to comments or messages
- Working with IT teams to develop new technologies for improving business operations
