Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote the aesthetic medical center’s services, increase patient engagement, and drive conversions. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, social media management, content creation, and analytics to ensure maximum ROI and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for the aesthetic and healthcare sector.
- Plan campaigns to promote services such as dermatology, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, reels, stories, and posts aligned with the brand image.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain engagement.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers for aesthetic content.
- Create ad copies, blogs, and newsletters promoting treatments and offers.
- Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions and monitor ROI.
- SEO & Website Management:
- Ensure website content is updated and optimized for SEO.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide monthly reports.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve lead generation.
- Branding & Reputation:
- Monitor online reviews and reputation on platforms like Google and social media.
