Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns across multiple channels and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Lead social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing strategies
Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop engaging creatives
Manage website content, landing pages, and lead funnels
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with sales/admissions teams for lead generation
Key Skills & Attributes:
3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the online education sector
Hands-on experience with ad platforms, analytics tools (GA4), and CRM
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, conversion tracking, and reporting
Ability to think strategically and execute campaigns that align with business goals
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for growth
