About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Commerce & Media Sales Strategist to lead and execute the growth of our product sales across a variety of online platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Instagram Shop, Facebook Marketplace, and other regional platforms throughout the UK and Europe.
This role is ideal for a digital sales expert who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and has hands-on experience with platform-based selling, content-driven commerce, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Strategy & Sales ExecutionDevelop, implement, and optimize sales strategies across major e-commerce and social commerce platforms: Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Shopify, Instagram, etc.
- Product Listings & Content OptimizationCreate, manage, and continuously improve listings to ensure maximum visibility and conversion, including A+ content, video, and keyword integration.
- Performance MarketingPlan and manage paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google Shopping, and Amazon Ads to drive traffic and increase ROAS.
- Live & Influencer Commerce IntegrationCollaborate with creators and influencers to drive live sales on TikTok and other emerging social platforms.
- Cross-Market GrowthLocalize product listings, promotions, and marketing campaigns for targeted growth in the UK and EU regions.
- Reporting & AnalyticsTrack KPIs, platform-specific analytics, and consumer behavior insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align commercial goals and ensure end-to-end operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media commerce, with hands-on success on platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others.
- Proven track record of driving product sales through both organic and paid strategies.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content-commerce trends, and e-commerce logistics within UK and EU.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong creative instincts, copywriting skills, and an eye for visual merchandising.
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven, agile startup or growth-stage environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and affiliate tracking tools
- Familiarity with cross-border shipping, VAT, and compliance requirements
